LWS was founded in 2003 after a one off job for Neil Holland Architects resulted in many recommendations to other clients.
Four months later, Claire also joined a local business group (BNI) and the culture of trusted referrals and recommendations became the core of how LWS did business. Six years later we are proud to say that we have over 350 clients - and that 90% of our quotes have been generated due to a word of mouth recommendation or referral. Without fail, we track every single phonecall and email into the business and ensure we know where that call has come from.

If we work for you then we want to know that you are happy enough with our service to ensure this percentage remains as high so feedback is always welcome.

As well as our general referral schemes from business group we attend and our wide range of business contacts, we also offer commission based referral schemes to companies that feel our work warrants regular referrals - please feel free to contact us for more details.

Keeping in contact with our clients is key to us - but it's more than that - we love referring our clients to each other. When we meet new clients or prospects, we are always on the lookout to recommend their services to others - or vice versa. Our regular LWS Networking events bring clients together and allow them to network too. As well as our targeted marketing campaigns, we are also always on the lookout for PR for our clients, like obtaining  a full page in Sussex Life for our client Christmas event, helping promote many of the companies in attendance and also our client Sylvan Oak restaurant which was the venue.
